Payment Information

All payments are currently processed through PayPal's secure payment website. You can pay with credit card or your PayPal account. If you would like to pay with a money order, contact me for more information.

Unfortunately, due to prior incidents, I no longer accept personal checks.

Care Instructions

Hand wash and lay flat to dry. DO NOT attempt to place your hat in laundry machines as Pussycat Hats are extremely allergic to them. Remember - All Sales Are Final!

Sizing Information

All hats are one size fits all. If you would like to order a custom size, please send me your size information.

Shipping Information

Shipping is done by Priority Mail, 6 days a week. Next day shipping is available with prior arrangements. Prices depend upon the total of the order as well as the weight and destination. Shipping times will reflect the time from when the order is shipped, not from when the order is placed. All orders will be processed within a two days of the order being placed, unless otherwise specified. I do take vacations from time to time! Contact me for more information.

Return Policy

All hats are handmade and inspected. Returns or exchanges can only be made if a hat is flawed, otherwise All Sales Are Final. Contact me for more information.
